Wrestling Jr. Spartan wrestling practices will be held from 6:30 to 7:45 p.m. on the following dates in 2002-2003: December 3, 5, 9, 10, 17, 18, 23, 26, 30  January 2, 6, 7,  14, 17, 21, 24, 28, 29 February 3, 5, 10, 13, 18, 20, 25, 26, 27 (tentative - State Wrestling)  March 4, 7 We teach our young wrestlers folkstyle wrestling. We teach double, single takedown, sitouts, switches, standup and other escapes. With breakdown and many pinning combinations. Agressive wrestling and good sportsmanship is taught. Many local parents help out. Many opportunities are made available for young wrestlers to go to tournaments.
